This first-of-its-kind series blends Enneagram personality theory with CITC's Culturally Intelligent (CI) Leadership model to help you understand what drives you—and how that self-knowledge becomes the foundation for inclusive leadership. You'll explore how you feel your way into situations, how you think through complexity, and how you act—and what integrating all three makes possible for you and the people you lead.

This is a single event spanning three sessions—not a drop-in series. Your $120 registration covers all three dates, and completion of all three is required for CI Enneagram badge certification.
