SESSION 2 | PROFILE

Build your full Enneagram profile—tritype, wing, and subtype—and explore how your identity shapes the way your type shows up in the world.

SESSION 3 | INTEGRATION

Examine your stress and growth patterns, practice self-compassion, and leave with three concrete commitments to curiosity, empathy, and compassion.
