Your Enneagram type is shaped by your cultural identity—and it lands differently depending on the cultures around you. This first-of-its-kind series pairs Enneagram self-discovery with CITC's Culturally Intelligent (CI) Leadership model to move from personal insight into belonging-centered leadership, integrating feeling, thinking, and acting into a coherent, culturally grounded whole.
You will determine your own type in this series. There is no test. Our Culturally Intelligent Enneagram book—available only through this experience—guided facilitation, and peer discussion carry you through the discovery. The exploration extends into your full personality structure, including:

WHAT IS THE ENNEAGRAM?
The Enneagram (any-uh-gram) is a dynamic personality system revealing nine interconnected patterns of feeling, thinking, and acting, each driven by a core motivation.

Your registration covers all four sessions. Come to what you can—each session delivers real, applicable learning on its own. Certification requires completing all four sessions, but if you miss a date, a complete-on-your-own option keeps you on track. Details provided upon registration.
1 | Discovery
Learn the CI Leadership Model, see how culture shapes personality, and begin typing yourself through guided reflection and peer dialogue, without a test.
2 | Exploration
Go deeper into your wing, subtype, and tritype, and confirm your working type by seeing how the full structure shows up in your leadership.
3 | Integration
Examine how your type shows up under stress and in security, and practice choosing the security point.
4 | Commitment
Apply CI to a leadership challenge and leave with three concrete commitments to curiosity, empathy, and compassion.

CI LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT
All cohort participants take the CI Leadership Assessment to establish a baseline in the eight CI skills. Your personalized report shows where you stand in each skill today, with strategies for growth, and anchors the commitments you write at the close of the series.
COACHING SESSION
An optional 60-minute coaching session on Zoom with Dr. Bhatti-Klug, to work through your assessment results, your Enneagram discoveries, or a real leadership situation you are facing.
CI ENNEAGRAM CERTIFICATE
Upon completion of final assignment
