CITC has developed and validated two instruments that are included with every long-term partnership or facilitation that is 3 or more hours:

CULTURALLY INTELLIGENT ASSESSMENT

Completion time: 5-10 minutes | Mobile or computer

 

This comprehensive assessment measures levels of Openness, Awareness, and Responsiveness when interacting across cultural diversity. Participants receive a comprehensive report of their levels in each capability and strategies for CI development. 

CULTURAL VALUES EXPRESSIONS INVENTORY

Completion time: 5-10 minutes | Mobile or computer
 

This self-assessment gauges how the participant expresses the Cultural Values of loyalty, power, risk, collaboration, time, context, identity, fairness, emotions, and focus. Participants receive a comprehensive personalized report describing their Cultural Value expressions and how they are motivated to communicate,
engage, and respond when interacting with others.
