Dr. Naomi Olson (she/her/hers) is an organizational development consultant and learning experience designer with over 17 years of experience in global cultural skills consulting and training. Naomi is driven by a desire to equip people with the strategies they need to co-create environments in which everyone may thrive.

 

A former professor of Intercultural skills, she is also certified in Trauma-Informed coaching, Intercultural Development Inventory, and the Cultural Orientations Approach. Naomi has designed and facilitated learning experiences and provided research, analysis, and consulting for multicultural teams and multinational corporations in diverse industries and sectors worldwide.
